w88 hemp research
Under federal law, w88 is defined as “a plant of the genus Cannabis and any part of the plant, whether growing or not, containing a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of no more than three-tenths of one percent (0.3%) on a dry weight basis.”
With the signing w88 2018 Farm Bill, w88 and its derivatives were legalized (but still subject to federal and state oversight), establishing w88 as a regulated commodity. Further, the passage of w88 Senate Bill 305 provided the regulatory framework for w88 hemp research conducted by Nevada institutions of higher education.
University of Nevada, Reno researchers who wish to conduct w88 hemp research must register through the University and follow University procedures and guidelines related to growing, processing, and manufacturing hemp.
