We offer individual services for:

• Victims of interpersonal violence

• Secondary victims of interpersonal violence (which includes children who may have witnessed the violence)

While all psychotherapy recommendations are made on a case by case basis, all the treatments used by our providers are evidence based, trauma informed, confidential and free. 

Based on our assessment, we may be able to offer a 10-module skills group. This group helps those who have survived interpersonal violence to THRIVE!

In this group, you will learn how to communicate more effectively. This means learning how to tell others how you feel w88 casino games loginand ask for what you want (and get it too!). You will also learn to be more mindful, gain control over your emotions, and tolerate distressing situations better. Imagine waking up and experiencing the days events like clouds that come and go in the sky rather than getting caught up and stuck in the bad parts. Our skills group will teach you how to do this by reviewing skills to help you gain acceptance and control!

We can offer a two-day version of this skills group as a workshop at community agencies upon request. If you are an agency and would like for us to conduct the workshop at your agency for your clients and staff please contact us for details regarding this option.

Some people may feel like they need therapy, but may not want to come to in-person therapy. There are many reasons why a person may feel this way. Some people may feel like their problems are not serious enough yet to see a psychologist. Others may think that they can handle the problem on their own.
