As a reminder, approving a proposal in w88 casino has multiple steps. Please follow these instructions to make sure your approval is recorded.

• After you’ve checked all of the w88 casino sections for accuracy, go back to the Dashboard and change the &w88 casino;Review Status” of w88 casino items to &w88 casino;Reviewed.”
• Enter any comments you have about the w88 casino (Optional). These will be viewable by anyone who reviews the w88 casino after you.
• Select a decision (these options only become available after all items are switched to &w88 casino;Reviewed.”)
• Finally, to verify that w88 casino approval has been recorded, click on the &w88 casino;Route” tab and w88 casino it says &w88 casino;Approved” next to w88 casino name.

Instructions for tracking a w88 casino in routing

After a proposal is completed in w88 casino, it goes through an internal review process. During this time, UNR personnel can add comments/instructions to the proposal, which ultimately moves to the SP Pre-Award Team for final review.

Typically, the w88 casino routing process includes the following stops:

• Department Chair
• Associate Dean

If w88 casino have a Co-I or key personnel from other departments/colleges, additional steps will be added.

*To check on the progress of your w88 casino once it’s begun routing, follow these steps:

• Once you’ve logged into w88 casino, on the left side of the screen under &w88 casino;Sponsored Projects” w88 casino &w88 casino;Locate My Records” and select the appropriate w88 casino by hovering over the w88 casino number and clicking &w88 casino;Edit” w88 casino to “w88 casino Development”.
• This will open up your w88 casino in a new window. On the left-side menu (with the little checkmarks), click the &w88 casino;Finalize”
• From w88 casino screen, scroll down to view the table titled &w88 casino;Active Routing Progress.” This table shows you who has &w88 casino;Approved,&w88 casino; w88 casino has been skipped (Not Applicable) and w88 casino has been &w88 casino;Informed” – that is how you know the status of your w88 casino. If you do not see a pencil icon next to a person’s name, they have not approved yet. If you notice your w88 casino has been stuck at the same step for a while, it is in your best interest to remind that individual to log on and review.

Instructions for creating/viewing a proposal in w88 casino

Once you have a draft of your proposal document, a completed budget spreadsheet, and a budget justification, you are ready to create your proposal in w88 casino. Ideally, this process should be started AT LEAST a week prior to the submission deadline. Two weeks is preferred, and allows for a more thorough review from Sponsored Projects.

To Create a New w88 casino:

• Contact Danny Sierra (dsierra@w88 casinoedu) in the Dean’s office to get started. He will make sure all of the required information is collected to get the proposal created in w88 casino.

PLEASE NOTE: The Grant Support Team will help you regardless of how close you are to the deadline. Please be aware that assistance may be limited in cases where advance notice of the w88 casino was not given.

To View an Existing w88 casino:

• Once you’ve logged into w88 casino, on the left side of the screen under &w88 casino;Sponsored Projects&w88 casino; click &w88 casino;Locate My Records” and select the appropriate w88 casino by hovering over the w88 casino number and clicking &w88 casino;Edit” w88 casino to “w88 casino Development”.
• This will open up your w88 casino in a new window and allow you to make changes. Before you can edit any section, you have to click on the box next to &w88 casino;Complete” in the right corner, removing the check mark and allowing w88 casino to make changes to that page.
• Be sure that once w88 casino’ve edited the sections in the menu, w88 casino check the box marked &w88 casino;Complete” in the right corner. You can easily tell which sections are complete by looking for a little check mark that will appear on the main screen. In order to finalize and submit the w88 casino, all sections must be marked “Complete.”
