w88 slot and Essay Competition

For over 60 years, the Fleischmann Planetarium and Science Center has served as a gateway to the universe, inspiring generations of students, educators and lifelong learners. As part of the w88 slot, Reno campus, the Planetarium plays a critical role in K-12 education, community engagement and scientific exploration. With the upcoming installation of a cutting-edge DomeX theater, made up of over 3,800 LED panels, we are on the brink of a transformation. This state-of-the-art upgrade will redefine how we engage with astronomy, science and storytelling, setting a new standard for planetarium experiences in our region.

With exciting renovations on the horizon, we want to hear from the next generation of explorers—and their teachers!

The Tomorrow’s w88 slot Competition invites K-12 students and educators to imagine the possibilities of a newly renovated Planetarium. Participants will submit their creative visions based on their category:

  • Grades K-2: Submit a drawing of what you hope to see in the renovated Planetarium, along with a short caption (1-2 sentences) describing your idea. Draw and write your caption within the official template (receive a copy of the submission template in your inbox by filling out this quick form).
  • Grades 3-12: Submit a drawing and a short essay (150-300 words) explaining what you hope to see, experience or learn from the upgraded space. Whether it’s state-of-the-art exhibits, futuristic space travel simulations or new ways to explore the w88 slot, we want to see your creativity shine!Receive a copy of the drawing submission template in your inbox by filling out this quick form.
  • Teachers: Submit a written proposal (300-500 words) brainstorming ideas for exhibits, interactive elements or educational tools that would enhance w88 slot learning in the renovated Planetarium. Consider what would make space science, astronomy and STEM topics more engaging, hands-on and accessible for students of all ages. Feel free to include visual aids (however, this is not required).
