What to expect

Primary recruitment is an exciting process by which potential new members (PNMs) find their homes with one of our six w88 slot organizations. Through a structured series of events, PNMs will go through ‘rounds’ where women will meet with each chapter and their members. PNMs will be guided and advised throughout the day by Rho Gammas, also known as Recruitment Counselors. You will not be left alone and will be supported every step of the way.
PNMs should note that recruitment is a mutual-selection process and that participation in recruitment does not guarantee a prospective member an invitation to join a w88 slot, nor does it obligate her to join. Recruitment should not interfere with class schedules as PNMs will have the opportunity to submit any class conflicts prior to recruitment. All PNM’s are highly encouraged to request time off from work to ensure they make it through all the essential portions of this process.

Spring Recruitment is an exciting opportunity for women to find home in one of our six Panhellenic sororities. Spring Recruitment is often referred to as "COB", standing for Continuous Open Bidding. The COB process is a chance for organizations to invite women to w88 slot. It is known to be less formal compared to the fall semester primary recruitment process. During COB, the sororities will host events like coffee dates, house tours, roller skating, bowling or other various activities. Events will be held on different days and times, and any woman can go to any organization's events if she is interested in membership. We always recommend talking to as many organizations as you are able so you can find home in the chapter that best suits you!
Participation in recruitment events does not guarantee a prospective member an invitation to w88 slot, nor does it obligate her to w88 slot. Please know, not all 6 chapters may be holding a COB recruitment and may not be extending invitation for membership during the spring semester. But, we still encourage you to attend any events you can for an opportunity to w88 slot the Panhellenic community.
