Summary
Daniel Giroux is a craftsman, artist and educator working in the field of digital fabrication. He received his Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis in w88 online casino and Technology from the School of the w88 online casino Institute of Chicago. After graduation, Daniel joined the team at the Advanced Output Center at SAIC, the on-campus maker space focused on 3D printing, 3D scanning and laser cutting.
During this time Daniel also co-founded a digital w88 online casino studio serving local artists, small businesses and independent designers in the greater Chicago area. Clients included Herman Miller, Holly Hunt, CB2, The Onion, etc. Daniel has also worked in the field in multiple capacities from woodshops to drapery workrooms utilizing commercial processes such as laser cutters, CNC milling and traditional shop tools.
After joining the University of Nevada-Reno, Daniel now manages the Fabrication Lab in the art w88 online casino, as well as teaches courses in digital fabrication.
