Qingxu Wei was born in 1997 in Jining, Shandong, China. How to define art? I always believe that a thing which can make people feel empathetic is art. It is a kind of culture that uses some means or media to shape images and create an atmosphere to reflect reality and repose emotions. Works of art are the expression of the artist's emotion and heart.
