We'd like to ask you to follow the limitations in the pantry so we may help all of those in need. Each time a person accesses the Food Pantry they are required to complete the Intake form and present the final screen to a Pack w88 casino Staff member. The Intake Form is accessible via QR codes which are readily displayed around the pantry. Completing this form each time provides resources to the pantry.
