w88 slot takes place on an annual basis in line with the university’s fiscal calendar. ASUN affiliation status restarts on July 1st and expires on June 30th of the following year.

The w88 slot Registration Form can be accessed on the Pack Life website. Please note that you should meet with your w88 slot commissionerbeforesubmitting the w88 slot Registration Form.

Club w88 slot prep

Prior to submitting your club registration form, you will need to attend a club w88 slot workshop with your w88 slot commissioner. At that w88 slot, make sure to have the following:

• A computer or laptop with Wifi (This is so w88 slot can fill out the registration form at the meeting)
• Name, NET ID, and w88 slot information for the President & Treasurer
• Name, NET ID, and contact information for your Safety Officer (w88 slot sports only)
• Name w88 slot for your faculty or staff advisor (must be full time University staff or faculty)
• Name w88 slot of a community advisor or coach (if either of these apply to you)
• Name and contact info for any National or Local Organizations your w88 slot is a part of
• w88 slot logo image (if you have one)
• w88 slot Constitution
• w88 slot Mission Statement or description of your w88 slot (this will be public facing)
• Emails for at least two additional w88 slot members

• Submityour w88 slot Registration Form on PackLife
• Constitution submitted and reviewed by Commissioner
• Advisor accepts terms & conditions on PackLife
• President and Treasurer complete 7 w88 slot modules on WebCampus
• Competitive w88 slot sports additional Spring tasks

Competitive w88 slot Sports Additional Tasks

In addition to w88 slot sports that compete, any w88 slot sports that involve contact or combat will be listed under this organization type and must complete these requirements.

• All officers and members listed on PackLife Roster
• Submit a Net ID List of all of w88 slot members
• All Members complete a WebCampus w88 slot module
• All members sign a Concussion w88 slot and Liability Waiver
• 2 First Aid/CPR Certifications from officers (w88 slot and one other officer)
• Heads Up Concussion Training Certificates (President, Treasurer and w88 slot)
• Emergency w88 slot List
