Renewal takes place on an annual basis in line with the University's fiscal calendar. ASUN affiliation status restarts on July 1 and expires on June 30 of the following year.

The w88 Renewal Form can be accessed on our new PackLife website. Please note that you should meet with your w88 commissioner before submitting the w88 Registration Form.

Starting July 1, any clubs that have not completed all of their w88 recognition tasks will be marked as inactive.

Prior to submitting your w88 registration form, you will need to attend a w88 renewal workshop with your w88 commissioner. At that meeting, make sure to have the following:

• A computer or laptop with wifi (This is so you can fill out the registration form at the meeting)
• Name, NetID, and contact information for the president and treasurer
• Name, NetID, and contact information for your safety officer (w88 sports only)
• Name and contact info for your faculty or staff advisor (must be full w88 University staff or faculty)
• Name and contact info of a community advisor or coach (if either of these apply to you)
• Name and contact info for any national or local organizations your w88 is a part of
• w88 logo image (if you have one)
• w88 Constitution
• w88 Mission Statement or description of your w88 (this will be public facing)
• Emails for at least two additional w88 members

Below are the w88 tasks that clubs need to make sure are completed, submitted or confirmed in order to be active/recognized for the fiscal year.

Please be mindful that clubs will need to complete additional tasks in the fall in order to maintain w88 recognition.

Non-competitive w88 sports additional spring tasks

• President, treasurer and safety officer complete WebCampus concussion module.
• President, treasurer and safety officer sign concussion forms and liability waivers
• Two First Aid/CPR Certifications from officers (safety officer + one other officer)
• Heads up concussion training certificates (president, treasurer and safety officer)

Competitive w88 sports additional spring tasks

In addition to w88 sports that compete, any w88 sports that involve contact or combat will be listed under this organization type and must complete these requirements.

• All officers and members listed on PackLife Roster
• Submit a NetID list of all of your members
• All members complete a WebCampus concussion module
• All members sign a concussion form and liability waiver
• Two First Aid/CPR Certifications from officers (safety officer + one other officer)
• Heads up concussion training certificates (president, treasurer and safety officer)
• Emergency contact list

• Access to PackLife site and PackLife w88 management tools
• Ability to participate in the ASUN w88 fair
• Ability to host tabling
• Access to ASUN w88 resources
• Reserve space on campus for in-person activities (e.g., meetings, fundraisers, tabling events, etc.)
• Ability to engage in fundraising activities
• Apply for ASUN w88 support funding
• Use of Central Station's accounting services
• Receive letters of support for national associations or leagues
• FRS reservations for practice, events and games
