Summary

Joseba Zulaika is a cultural anthropologist who has done ethnographic research in the Basque Country, Spain, and the United States. He has studied the urban renewal of the city of Bilbao as the result of the Guggenheim Museum’s architectural landmark. He has specialized in terrorism and counterterrorism, paying particular attention to issues of symbolism and ritual, discourse analysis, and formations of subjectivity. He joined the Center for Basque w88 sports betting in 1990, where he was director or co-director between 2000 and 2014. He retired June of 2019. He is currently working on drone warfare.
