The IV-E Child Welfare Scholars Program is a collaborative effort between the University of Nevada, Reno School of Social Work, the Nevada Division of Child and Family Services Family Programs Office (DCFS-FPO), Washoe County Human Services Agency (WCHSA) and Division of Child and Family Services-Rural Region (DCFS-Rural).
