About the artist
Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, Louise Deroualle moved to the U.S. in 2013 to pursue a master’s degree in ceramics at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. She currently lectures at the University of North Carolina in Asheville. Before moving to North Carolina, Louise was the Studio Coordinator of Ceramics at Anderson Ranch w88 online casino Center in Colorado. Her work has been exhibited nationally, and she has been awarded prestigious residencies and fellowships, including the Roswell Artist-in-Residence and The Aspen Art Museum Fellowship.
