Summary

Robert Bayer, Ph.D. is an adjunct faculty at the University of Nevada, Reno and chair of the Justice w88 slot Degree Program's advisory committee. He received his baccalaureate degree in liberal arts from the University of New York, College at Oswego in 1971. He earned his M.A. in English from Oswego in 1972 and his Master's of Public Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno in 1990. He has worked in prison, parole and probation for 26 years and served as the Director of the Nevada Department of Prisons from 1995-2000.
