The Last Sheepherders
The American West was once home to thousands of Basque Sheepherders – but the tradition that helped shape the region is at risk of disappearing completely. From the alpine meadows of the Sierra Nevada Mountains comes a short documentary from exploring the many layers of an ancient tradition and follows one family as they fight to keep their heritage alive. Created by Kat Fulwider, Gaia Osborne, Hannah Truby and Ariana Brockman, the film was nominated for a Webby Award in 2024.

A podcast featuring university faculty offering advice for college students
The Reynolds w88 Lab is an umbrella production center of the Reynolds School of Journalism. It runs a podcasting suite and produces community websites, web videos and documentaries as well as regular reporting rubrics including Humans of Reno, Places of Reno, Investigations of Reno and w88 Tips. The Reynolds w88 Lab is also available for client work.
