Registration

  • Through Feb 29: Receive a full refund with the exception of a processing fee per group registration.
  • March 1-April 7: All groups will be charged a 50% cancellation fee per group registration.
    • Out-of-state: 2.50 cancellation fee per group
    • Nevada (In-state): 5.00 cancellation fee per group
    • Title I: 0 cancellation fee per group
  • Starting April 8: No refunds for cancellation of group registration.

Passes

  • Full refunds through March 31. Passes must be returned to the Reno Jazz w88 online sports betting office before a refund is issued.
  • Starting April 8: No refunds for cancellation of pass(es).

Tickets

  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
