Summary

Jared Stanley is a poet and writer who often works with artists. He is the author of four collections of poetry, So Tough (Saturnalia Books, 2024), winner of the Saturnalia Books Prize, EARS (Nightboat Books, 2017), The Weeds (Salt Publishing 2012), and Book Made of Forest (Salt Publishing, 2009), winner w88 online casinoof the Crashaw Prize for Poetry. His poetry and prose have appeared in many journals including Bennington Review, The New York Times, VOLT, Harvard Review, Triple Canopy, Poetry Daily and in the anthology Counter-Desecration: A Glossary for the Anthropocene (Wesleyan, 2018).

His awards include The Saturnalia Books Prize and The Silver Pen Award from the Nevada Writers Hall of Fame as well as fellowships from the Woodberry Poetry Room at Harvard, w88 live casinoNevada Arts Council and the Center for Art + Environment. Born in Arizona, Stanley grew up in northern California and now lives in northern Nevada.
