Career w88 terms and policies

Refund policy: All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee. The last day to request a partial refund (initial registration fee, less the cancellation fee) will be February 6, 2025. Registration fees can be credited to the next available College of Engineering Internship and Career w88 for cancellations made after Sept. 12, 2024 with a written request to do so. All requests must be sent by email to EngineeringCareers@unr.edu.

Walk-in registration policy: If a table becomes available, then our office will release that table at 10:30 a.m. on the day of the w88 to the company/organization who made the first walk-in request. The fee for walk-in employers is 0 and payment is due upon arrival.

Maximum number of representatives: Each table can have a maximum of four representatives. Please remember the third and fourth representatives are subject to additional charges. Table sharing or splitting is not permitted.

Late arrivals and no-shows: Email EngineeringCareers@unr.eduif you know you are arriving late. Unless notified, our office will release your reserved table at 10:30 a.m. on the day of the w88 to the first walk-in company/organization. Please remember all cancellations must be arranged in advance.

Payment: Please make your payment within two weeks of receiving the invoice. We accept both check and credit card payments. If you plan to pay by check, please include a copy of your invoice with your check and inform us that the check has been sent at EngineeringCareers@unr.edu so we can approve your registration. Late registrations are due upon invoice.
