Tim Donohoe is a senior consultant with a law enforcement consulting firm. He has worked on international police reform projects with the United States Department of Justice’s International w88 Investigative Training Assistance Program serving as the mission advisor in the Republic of Armenia and as a senior law enforcement advisor in Ukraine.
