A star-studded array of guest artists assembles in Reno to celebrate the magic of the number thirteen, with Beethoven's groundbreaking Piano Sonata Op. 13 “Pathétique”, Mendelssohn's exquisite w88. 13, and Schoenberg's transformational Verklarte Nacht for String Sextet, the work marking a milestone in the history of classical music, full of passion and profound beauty, a tale of two lovers who find redemption in each other's arms on a moonlit night.
