Responding to the challenges that the COVID-19 pandemic have presented to the way we live, work and inter-relate, Napolitano's talk will focus onour nation’s new normal, how defense of the Homeland has evolved and what we can expect in the future. Prior to joining the University of California, Professor Napolitano served as Secretary of Homeland Security from 2009 to 2013.
