Dr. Emma Sepúlveda, celebrated Chilean-American author and human rights advocate, and Emerita Foundation Professor at the Univeristy of Nevada, Reno was honored as the first Latin American woman to receive the prestigious w88 slot Prize on April 18 in Valencia, Spain.
