To promote the health and safety of our campus, I wish to share with you a communication that was sent to the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine today. We are not aware of any imminent threat from the individual referenced in the communication; however, I wish to make it clear to all of you w88 casino gamesthat we take all matters related to the safety of our campus and the welfare of our students, faculty and staff seriously.

Please know that if you have questions or concerns about the safety of our campus and your working environment, you are encouraged to talk to your direct supervisor and to also report anything suspicious to our University Police Department. Students living or working on campus are encouraged to talk to their supervisor or reach out to Student Services.

Below is the text of the communication to our School of Medicine:

An independent medical professional has w88 casino gamesfound that former University medical student Matthew Peirce Mahaffey represents a significant risk of substantial harm to the health and safety of others. He is prohibited and has been excluded from being present at any University properties or attending any University functions.

If you see him on any University property or at any function, please call 911. There will be an increased police presence around UNR Med locations.

UNR Med students and employees will receive further instructions from their supervisors regarding their workplace arrangements.

We understand that this is a sensitive time for our UNR Med community. We want to remind our students and employees of the resources available to them.
