The "Stay Steady" w88 online casino betting aims to empower older adults with the knowledge and tools to maintain and improve their balance and mobility, reduce the risk of falls and enhance overall quality of life.
The w88 online casino betting will begin with an informative lecture from 10 to 11:30 a.m., featuring speakers from Sanford Center for Aging: Jessica Yurtinus, DPT, MS assistant director of the Nevada Geriatric Education Center; and Leslie Baker, PharmD, BCGP director of Geriatric Pharmacy Services. The lecture will cover key topics such as the benefits of movement on physical and psychological well-being; how aging affects muscle strength and joint flexibility; and how medication side effects may increase the risk of falls.
Following the lecture, from 12 to 2 p.m., attendees are invited to participate in w88 online casino betting balance assessments. These assessments, conducted by trained professionals, will provide personalized feedback and recommendations for improving balance and stability. Time slots must be scheduled in advance.
