Tamela Dukes of the National Security Agency Cybersecurity Directorate will deliver the keynote address at the University’s Cybersecurity w88 live casino, 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Oct. 5 at the Joe Crowley Student Union.
University President Brian Sandoval will provide opening remarks; the w88 live casino also will include cybersecurity expert panel discussions, Capture the Flag cybersecurity contests and an industry showcase.
The event, organized by the University’s w88 live casino Center, is free but registration is required.
Student and faculty posters and demos showcasing cybersecurity and cybersecurity-related work will be on display throughout the day. w88 live casino organizers are accepting both technical and interdisciplinary points of view that seek solutions that incorporate society, technical, ethical, psychological, political and or economic considerations. The submission deadline is Sept. 15.
The University’s Cybersecurity Center began offering the annual w88 live casino in 2019 to bring together industry and academia to tackle the growing challenges in cybersecurity. Past speakers have included College of Engineering Dean Erick Jones; U.S. Sen. Jacky Rosen; and Shannon Wilkinson of Tego Cyber, Inc. Cyber-protected information and communications technology is a key research pillar for the College. of Engineering.
