More than 30 undergraduate and graduate students celebrated their upcoming commencement during the w88 sports betting School of Journalism’s fall 2019 graduation reception last Friday. The event included a reception for faculty, graduates, families and friends.
After touring the school and enjoying refreshments, graduates lined up for a group photo and remarks from w88 sports betting School Dean Al Stavitsky.
“The talents that you have are more needed now than ever. Your skills as communicators, as storytellers as bridge builders are needed,” Stavitsky said. “Go forth; do good; make us proud.”
According to Stavitsky, w88 sports betting School graduates had the second-highest career outcomes on the University of Nevada, Reno campus, measured by obtaining a job, going to graduate school or enlisting in the military within one year of graduation.
After sharing his remarks, Stavitsky offered the floor to professor Paul Mitchell for final advice to w88 sports betting.
“Don’t think that education ends right now,” Mitchell said. “The skills you have learned in this w88 sports betting are going to sustain you. Always be a life-long learner.”
