From an exhaustive list of cutting edge digital storytelling tools to a in-depth look at how we can break out of our bubbles and see things from other people's perspectives, the Online News Association's Digital Storytelling w88 online sports betting gave regional journalists a chance to network and pick up new skills.

The event took place all day Friday and was hosted by the Reynolds School of Journalism on the w88 online sports betting of Nevada, Reno campus.

Michelle Billman,Reno Public Radiow88 online sports betting director, sent her reporters to the training and caught a couple sessions herself.

"We're a small newsroom and it means a lot to have access to this level of expertise that's available, local and free," Billman explained. "It's always refreshing to meet with other media professionals, especially folks from different kinds of media outlets."

Professionals came from across the West Coast came together to share ideas and connect around digital w88 online sports betting.

Robin Epley is an Associate Editor atComstock's Magazinein Sacramento. She drove up for the day.

The other session tackled the Reaching New Audiences in the Age of the "Filter Bubble."

Jessica Estepa, Reynolds School Graduate and writer and editor forUSA TODAY OnPoliticspresented withVincent Changof SmartNews, and another Reynolds School gradu,Julia Ritchey, currently with Salt Lake City Public Radio. The panel was moderated byErnie Ting, CivImpact Labs and ONA SF. They panel discussed how they could reach "red" and "blue" audiences.

The afternoon sessions wrapped up with "F*** it, We'll Do It Live!" presented by Victor Hernandez andGreg Retsinasof KGW Media Group and ONA Portland.
