Three of the teams finished the preliminary rounds with a 6-2 record, two teams finished 4-4 and one team finished 3-5 giving the team an overall 60 percent win in the preliminary rounds. In the elimination rounds, three teams advanced to the quad-octafinal without debating. Daniel Armbrust and Evelyn Valencia lost their triple octafinal round to tie for No.33. Grace Miller and Jakob Christensen, Michael Ausburn and John Suzuki, were eliminated in the double-octafinal round and finished tied No.17.
