Diaz, a graduate w88 slot online in economics and co-founder of the University's DreamGirls International Outreach and Mentoring Program, will be named an "Honorary COVERGIRL" for CoverGirl cosmetics at the May 2013 luncheon to be held in New York City at the Hearst headquarters.
"I am honored to be included in a group of such amazing and inspiring Latina women and role models," Diaz said.
Diaz is an active leader at the Center for w88 slot online Cultural Diversity and is the national director of finance, risk management and philanthropy for Lambda Phi Xi Multicultural Sorority, Inc. Diaz, who was chosen as the "reader winner," will be graduating with a master's degree from the w88 slot online on May 17 and is looking forward to the red-carpet luncheon taking place on May 24 in New York.
"I have no idea what to expect, but I am really looking forward to receiving the award in New York and doing the Honorary COVERGIRL photo shoot," Diaz said.

Finally, the Fun Fearless Latino award goes to Al Madrigal, comedian and correspondent on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart.
