Moses Moses Anabila, a Ph.D. w88 online sports betting in the College of Agriculture, Biotechnology and Natural Resources has been named one of the winners of the w88 online sports betting poster contest for the F2009 Business Forecasting Conference, which will be held June 1-2 in Cary, N.C.
The conference will feature the latest forecasting research and best practices in business. Anabila, one of three w88 online sports betting winners in the poster contest, has titled his presentation, “Trend Analyses of Health Indicators and Risky Health Behaviors in Nevada.”
According to his faculty advisor, George Fernandez, professor of Applied Statistics and director of the Center for Research Design and Analysis (CRDA), Anabila has used the last several years of Behavior Risk Surveillance System (BRFSS) data in his presentation.
“This is a great honor to CRDA and the w88 online sports betting’s research,” Fernandez said.
Now in its 19th year, BRFSS is an ongoing, monthly surveillance survey consisting of approximately 4,000 random digit dial telephone interviews per year conducted with w88 online sports betting residents about behaviors related to the leading causes of death such as cigarette smoking, hypertension, obesity, seat belt usage, physical inactivity, and alcohol use.
The CRDA is an academically based, multidisciplinary statistical research and service center under the Vice President of Research at the w88 online sports betting. For his effort, Anabila won a full travel scholarship that includes airfare, hotel and per diem.
