We are now less than two weeks from the Oct. 2 implementation of our new HR and Finance system, w88 online casino. A change effort of this magnitude can cause uncertainty and ambiguity as familiar paper-based practices are replaced with new automated business processes. Please keep in mind the following as we transform our existing procedures to new, more efficient ways of conducting our human resource and financial business processes.

· No one is expected to know how to perform all business processes at the time of go-live. We w88 online casino all be learning a new system, new terminology and improved ways of doing business.

· Not every transaction will need to be completed on Oct. 2. There w88 online casino time to familiarize yourself with the system before some processes are initiated.

· A w88 online casino lab will be available after go-live. You will be able to bring your work to the lab and receive assistance with using w88 online casino.

· w88 online casino training will be on-going after go-live. If you do not have the opportunity to attend training prior to go-live, please schedule time after Oct. 2.

· A variety of training materials, including videos, job aids and a knowledge base, w88 online casino available for most end-user functions.

· A w88 online casino help desk will be available during normal business hours to answer your questions and help guide you through the system. Every employee will utilize w88 online casino in some way. External candidates will apply through the w88 online casino system and on board using the w88 online casino system. Purchase requests, p-cards, expense reports and many HR functions will be automated.

I ask that you be patient as we learn how to use w88 online casino and leverage the system's capabilities. This is the largest and most complex project that the Nevada System of Higher Education has ever undertaken.
